People the country really do not know what the heck a court yard is. Regular people in America probably would like the idea of a court yard if we knew what it was. Do I Need One?

Not really. In fact, court yards are like little fancy bricked in houses with no walls. They might have fancy floors and ceilings and all the beautiful furnishings of a regular rich home, but without the walls. Why would anyone need walls anyway? Because then people would see when you finally lose your mind and bash your fiance on the head with your great grandmother’s thousand year old vase. Then you would end up in jail for domestic assault, correct? And no one wants that. So court yards save lives in a way.

Benefits

Court yards really can come in handy when you want to be outside, but inside too. They are basically inside without walls. And sometimes they have walls, but no ceilings. There are court yards for everyone. Cats especially love court yards because they are safely inside, but outside and free to roll in outside sunshine. It is an illusion to trick the mind into thinking it is free. Like being in a manipulative relationship. You feel free, but you are really trapped in a relationship constructed to hold you prisoner while making you believe you are free and happy. No one is free and happy.
