For those of you who have been keeping up with our articles you are aware that Wild’s Cabinets and Flooring have been doing extensive testing with their customers to find out what we could do to improve Wild’s Cabinets and Flooring and what we could do to make our customers happier. So far the testing has been successful and we have obtained significant amounts of data that will aid in Wild’s Cabinets and Flooring’s strive towards improving the areas where we may not be so great in. Such as certain customers of ours seem to believe that we at Wild’s Cabinets and Flooring may not understand exactly what our customers want even though we believe we understand. Our in depth testing methods are going to find out just how we can help in this area and make sure that Wild’s Cabinets and Flooring never misunderstand what our customers want. We also are formulating a device that allows us to know if our customers are trying to pull something. Unfortunately we have had customers who were not true Wild’s Cabinets and Flooring customers and were phonies. Our testing will also be able to weed out the true customers from the fakes. This will enhance the experience for our true and loyal customers. What we did not say in our previous article is that one of the groups was a placebo group. Group A was comprised of people who had been loyal to Wild’s Cabinets and Flooring. Group B was comprised of people who are new to Wild’s Cabinets and Flooring. Group C, which is the placebo group, was comprised of people who both had been loyal customers and also some that are new customers. All groups were tested and treated equally and included men and women of different ages between twenty-one and seventy-five. All were of a different ethnicity. There will, however, be further testing to evaluate these areas as well.

Would candles provide a better, more cozy welcoming atmosphere for the customer? These were questions that were asked to both groups A and B. Our scientist evaluated the answers as that Group A was more hesitant to answer negatively since they already had a strong connection with Wild’s Cabinets and Flooring. Group B, however, was more eager to suggest helpful suggestions that would improve the atmosphere in Wild’s Cabinets and Flooring’s show room. Group B agreed that candles would indeed be a lovely addition and would make Wild’s Cabinets and Flooring more welcoming. Group C was asked the same questions, however our scientists made them out as trick questions. Group C believed that candles would not improve Wild’s Cabinets and Flooring’s show room and that there needed to be no change.

One of the other testings we performed taking one group at a time and setting them loose in the show room and presenting as if it were a real inquiry. Scientists watched from afar as the customers handled the situations. Their actions were monitored and tracked. Group B was more willing to answer questions. Group C was given a series of trick questions.
